Scan QR codes - 

  

For iPhone (iOS 11 and later):

  1. Open the Camera app.
  2. Point it steadily at the QR      code.
  3. A notification will pop up at      the top of the screen with a link or action.
  4. Tap the notification to follow      the link or perform the action.

  

For Android:

Option 1: Using the built-in Camera app (most newer phones)

  1. Open the Camera app.
  2. Point it at the QR code.
  3. Wait for a notification or link      to appear.
  4. Tap the link or banner to open      it.

Option 2: Using Google Lens

If your camera doesn't automatically recognize QR codes:

  1. Open the Google Camera or      Google Lens app.
  2. Tap the Lens icon (may      also be available in the Google Assistant).
  3. Point it at the QR code.
  4. Tap the link or action that      appears.

  

If Your Camera Doesn’t Support QR Scanning:

  • Download a free QR code scanner      from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), such as:

Fill Out a Survey

  1. Choose Your Language (if      available):
    Look for a language selection option at the top or beginning of the      survey. Select the language you’re most comfortable with. If your language isn't listed, ask someone at the school or organization for help or a translated version.
  2. Read Each Question Carefully:
    Go slowly and read each question one at a time. If you're unsure what a      word or question means, don’t hesitate to ask for clarification or use a translation app.
  3. Answer Honestly:
    There are no right or wrong answers. The survey is asking for your opinion or experience, so share what is true for your family.
  4. Multiple Choice or Checkboxes:
    For questions that ask you to “check one” or “select all that apply,” simply click or mark the box that matches your answer(s).
  5. Open-Ended Questions:
    These ask you to write your response. You can answer in your own words, in your preferred language if allowed. Keep it short and clear.
  6. Skip Questions (if needed):
    If you don’t feel comfortable answering a question, you can usually skip it. Most surveys allow this.
  7. Submit the Survey:
    When you’re done, make sure to click the submit or finish     button at the end.
